Yes, there are restaurants for every taste and budget accessible from Solivita. We have three restaurants within the community as well.

On average you will pay $1,200 for closing costs on a resale home and around $10,000 for a new build home, although buyer incentives tend to offset these costs. Also, if an Agent from Arista Realty Group represents you with your new home sale you will receive 1% of your total sale price back at closing from us which can be applied to closing costs.
