They have maintained top ranking in Connecticut and then Florida since 2003. They have achieved success and recognition working with and representing builders, buyers, and sellers. They are recognized for their attention to detail, concern for their clients, and their ability to close a deal in a timely manner. Ron’s favorite quote “Keep smiling!” brings a chuckle to many of our clients!

Georgia, has extensive sales experience and has an outstanding personality which is a perfect match for creating happy clients! Born and raised in Wallkill, New York, Georgia eventually moved to New Milford, CT where she was Vice President of a Counseling Treatment Center and then ultimately opened her own private practice in Washington Depot, CT. Ron and Georgia met “by accident” as Ron was a volunteer EMT in Roxbury, CT and was the first person to the scene.

When Ron & Georgia married, they referred their thriving real estate practice with William Raveis Real Estate to their colleagues and headed to Central Florida where they established Arista Realty Group. Ron has been and will always be the wind beneath Georgia’s wings and he inspired her and the team with his many years of customer service and marketing experience. Thanks to Ron and Georgia’s commitment to excellence, Arista has been ranked top in Volume in Solivita, a 55 Plus Community in Kissimmee since 2015. They have now expanded their brokerage to the Lakewood Ranch Master Planned Community in Southwest Florida.

Happy Clients!

Ron and Georgia Pizzarelli are very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and professional real estate agents. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them. They were optimistic, reassuring and quick to respond to all of our questions and transactions. They even went beyond the real estate duties, helping us to set up our water, electricity and homeowner’s warranty.

As career real estate professionals, with licenses in both Connecticut and Florida, we previously found ourselves frustrated during the buying process as homeowners years ago. It seemed to us that the information about the homes we visited wasn’t as detailed as it could have been.

We know from experience, that some of the questions you ask about a new community address the qualifications and reputation of the builder. Knowledge about a home is more than the number of rooms or square footage.
