We established Arista Realty Group as a result of our personal experience. It became obvious to us, that with our real estate background, we could fill the void that appeared to be greatly needed by the consumer. Georgia and Ron Pizzarelli founded Arista Realty Group in 2014 with a simple standard: provide the kind of careful, ethical and highly responsive representation they would want for their own family. The name “Arista” reflects excellence and high standards – values that continue to guide the brokerage today.Arista has deep roots in Solivita and has expanded its expertise to Lakewood Ranch and other active-adult and lifestyle communities. Today, Georgia leads the brokerage with a question-driven advisory approach designed to help clients understand their choices, protect their interests and make confident decisions.

We wanted a name that represented having high integrity, outcome-focused, and a name that reminds others of high standards. Our friend had just retired from the New York City school system. She proudly recalls her students coming through the door with their arms raised saying “I got Arista!” The NYC chapter of the national honor society is Arista. I remember the name from Arista Records, ends up the founder of that record company was an Arista Student.

Since we established Arista Realty Group we have ranked #1 in volume in Solivita and the Greater Orlando Region. We also expanded our services to Southwest Florida, including Lakewood Ranch.
Since her licensure in 2003 in real estate, she has received ongoing high ranking and excellence awards.
