From the first appointment with Ron and Georgia I was immediately impressed with their incredible organization and preparedness. The professional photos that were taken of our home were amazing and looked very impressive online. We were able to price our home competitively based on Arista’s accurate research and suggestion. I had never worked with Realtors who were so current with modern technology. I loved the “Showing Time” app that we were instructed to download . We were notified by text if a showing of our home was scheduled and could confirm whether or not the time was convenient. We also were given feedback from the showing on the app. We also signed all our documents electronically which was very convenient.
We were very impressed that most of the showings on our home were with Arista Clients and the purchaser was one of their clients. This made the closing and settlement procedure especially easy.
We were extremely pleased with our entire experience with Ron and Georgia and Arista Realty.
