Paul Maiatico

As a long- time Solivita resident, Paul has first-hand experience with a large variety of homes and layouts within the community through his wife Brenda’s house watching business. He has many well-established relationships with numerous sub-contractors ranging from landscaping to flooring repairs. His knowledge of such resources makes him of great value when preparing a home for market and ensuring any repairs are completed on time.

As a Florida resident since 2007, Paul recently retired after almost 11 years from the Florida Highway Patrol as a State Trooper. And prior to that he also retired after 22 years of law enforcement in Virginia. As evidenced by his 33 years of civic duties, Paul brings true integrity and humility to the real estate profession. With a team to support him, Paul shows a true respect for the real estate profession and his responsibility to his clients. He shows attention to detail and has a great sense of humor to put others at ease. Paul is active in local social clubs such as Bingo. He has a true respect for the welfare of the Solivita community as a whole and welcomes resident discussions regarding the current climate of the real estate market.
