“This is Paradise.” That is the description given by my mom when she visited us in Solivita as
she sat outside the Marketplace Bistro on a perfect September morning.
You will meet so many wonderful people here and find the Solivita community to be warm,
welcoming and giving of themselves.

Most of my career prior to real estate was spent directly serving commercial clients, finding
solutions to their challenges. I worked as a sales engineer for an international semiconductor
company, then striking out on my own running an IT services company both supplying and
maintaining computer networks for police & fire departments, law offices, and manufacturing
companies.

Taking a brief detour I also acted as the general contractor for the build of one of our homes
which was a very satisfying and educational experience.

I strongly believe in continuing education so I have invested the necessary time to secure
numerous designations and certifications from the National Association of Realtors. This
training enables me to better serve you.

Real estate can potentially be one of the most stressful transactions people encounter in their
lives. I would like to use my experience and education to lower your stress by being your
