After relocating to Central Florida from Connecticut 25 years ago, my wife and I moved to Solivita several years ago due to all the great amenities Solivita had to offer. “We love the Solivita lifestyle”. It is a great community with wonderful friendly residents, numerous amenities, and activities (there is something for everyone).  Solivita is a “Paradise” in sunny Central Florida, close to many of the major attractions, the cities of Orlando, Winter Haven and Tampa, and centrally located between the beautiful East and West coast beaches.

Prior to starting my career in Real Estate, I was in the Banking and Financial Services Industry for over 45 years. I spent 20 years working as a Senior Operations Officer running the deposit, loan and mortgage lending operations for several US banks and have spent the last 20 plus years working for Financial Services Companies as a Consultant/Senior Project Manager focused on IT system implementations, operating system improvements, and regulatory system upgrades for several of the largest banks in the United States and 2 major banks in South Africa and Australia. 

Although I graduated college with a Degree in Business, I started as a design and architectural studies major and are knowledgeable in home and building construction. Over the years I have remodeled and built several homes, which has provided me with invaluable experience dealing with contractors, and the permitting, inspection, and financing processes.

I fully understand the stresses associated with selling, buying, or building a home and would like to use my education, experience and background to advocate for you and guide through the process of selling or buying your new home with the goal of making the journey an enjoyable experience.
