Georgia, together with her husband, Ron Pizzarelli established Arista Realty Group in late 2014. They have ranked #1 in Volume since then in the 55 Plus community they live in, Solivita. Located in Central Florida, they have maintained ranking as Top 1% Producer in the Greater Orlando Region as well. Georgia was born and raised in Wallkill, New York. She then lived in Warwick, NY, and Wyckoff, New Jersey. She spent many years in Litchfield County, CT. Ron and Georgia left a successful real estate practice with William Raveis Real Estate in 2012, ultimately to semi-retire and “sell a few homes” only to be summoned to establish their own brokerage. Previously Georgia was in the Co-Occurring Disorders Counseling Profession for 25 years in various roles such as Vice President of Treatment Networks and Coordinator of an Intensive Outpatient Program. She was successful at expanding programs and overall client census by creating holistic and supportive treatment environments. She also maintained a private practice for 15 years with a specialty in personal empowerment, co-dependency, and adolescent related treatment issues.
Ron and I moved to Solivita in Central Florida from Connecticut in 2012. We planned on continuing our real estate profession by selling a few homes and semi-retiring. We went to one of the community pools a few days a week and hit it off with a group of residents. We savored that time with them, sitting in the pool looking at magazines, reading books, and floating around the pool working on our tans. We learned so much about each other. After a while, people would come up to us and tell us stories about their previous real estate transactions. Some of these stories were very disheartening. After this happened multiple times it became clear that we had a mission to fulfill. We kept getting nudged by some residents to start our own brokerage so we could provide professional services the way we did in Connecticut. They felt there was a gap that Ron and I could fill. So, I went back and got my Brokers license. We then had to establish a brokerage name. A friend of ours from New York City was visiting and we asked for their suggestions.
